The default access period for the courses is 365 days. You can renew after 1 year at a nominal charge of Rs. 2500 (~$30)
Coaching institutes usually fake public reviews, beg their students to write positive reviews and force them to delete negative ones, I am attaching the reviews students shared with me without me requesting them.

What sets the actuarial course apart from any other is the fact that each mathematical formula, every statistical model that we study is applied in the real world by actuaries.
Thus, it becomes very important to understand the intuition & math behind these models, where they come from and how they're to be applied under real world scenarios.
While commercial coaching institutes across the globe & particularly in India focus on making students pass exams anyhow by cramming formulae, practically skipping all intution & derivations, The Actuarial Guy helps you understand the "why" of every formula, makes you fall in love with the subjects and prepares you for your career, not just your next actuarial exam!
At the end of the day, the exams are very important and we will definitely crack them, to help you do this, the course includes:
1. Self paced lectures covering all chapters, along with intuition & derivation of each and every formula.
2. Doubt support, you can reach Romit directly on his WhatsApp number +91 8290386768 for your doubts.
3. Tons of past exam questions solved as a part of the video lectures.
4. Mathematical typing practice for IFoA Exams
5. MCQ practice for IAI exams.

Here's a quick rundown on everything you need to know about starting your actuarial journey.
The only right reason to pursue actuarial science is a passion for mathematics and a desire to apply it to solve real-world problems.
If you're here just because you are lured by an offbeat profession that pays well, I believe you should reconsider this path because it is a long commitment (5-8 years) that you will only get through if you are genuinely passionate about quant.
A fresher-level actuarial job in India with 2+ exams & no experience typically pays between ₹6-10 Lakhs per annum.
A freshly qualified actuary with 4+ years of experience makes ₹25-30 Lakhs per annum. After this point, pay grows at 15-20% per annum.
Median pay for Actuaries in the United States is ~$110,000.
90%+ of all Actuaries work in the Insurance and Employee/Retirement Benefits industries.
Some actuaries have begun venturing into wider areas such as: quantitative finance, climate risk, enterprise risk management, and banking. These are called non-traditional actuaries.
It's a matter of personal preference; students with financial constraints, who want more mathematically rigorous exams, better ROI or those who are eligible for IAI exemptions should go for IAI.
Students with a strong preference for exams with a higher pass percentage, international recognition and a willingness to pay significantly extra for these should go for IFoA.
Ideally, you should take CS1/CM1 for your first exam.
If you're from a Science/Engineering/Math/Statistics background or have less than 3 months to prepare, go for CS1.
If you're from a Commerce/CA/CS/CMA background and have more than 3 months to prepare, go for CM1.
Becoming an IAI Fellow typically costs ~ ₹2.5 Lakhs for study material and exams.
Becoming an IFoA Fellow costs ~₹5-7 Lakhs depending on if you're eligible for a reduced rate* or not. IFoA doesn't make it mandatory for students to purchase study materials.
*Candidates with an income less than ~₹9.5 Lakhs per annum are eligible for a reduced rate with IFoA.
